The Gift of the Magi
An Evening Service with the words of O. Henry narrated by Finley Thorpe and Harp Music by Becki Luff

This free event will be held at the Church of St Michael at the North Gate, Oxford.

Narrator – Finley Thorpe (Rose Bruford Drama College)

Finley Thorpe is studying British
and American Theatre Arts at Rose
Bruford College of Drama. His talents include acting and music, with voice, keyboard, drums and bass guitar.
Becki Luff is an award winning
harpist with a flair for storytelling through her music and a passion for creating and performing new
pieces & soundscapes on the harp.

The act of worship with reflection on Epiphany led by Revd. Anthony Buckley, vicar of St Michael at the North Gate, will be followed with Harp music by Becki Luff, interspersed with narrations by Finley Thorpe of The Last Leaf and of The Gift of the Magi, two of O. Henry’s short stories, and some final Harp music. It will conclude with refreshments.
